Corporate GentleBirth Workshops

Description:

• Due to the current challenges in the pandemic, pregnant staff and employees may need increased support in the area of Birth preparation, labour, and delivery. 

• Currently, many antenatal classes are being canceled or delayed which may lead mums and their partners to feel less confident, poorly prepared, and anxious. 

• This may lead to increased absences’, reduced wellbeing for pregnant staff, and may lead to poor mental health or stress.  This workshop can be delivered in groups of up to 20 people via zoom or in person.

• Having a class of this size allows interaction, freedom of asking questions, and discussion.

• The workshop covers a wide range of topics including, Signs of labor, when to attend the hospital, helping them to increase their confidence & have a more comfortable pregnancy.

• Also in promoting pregnancy health and well-being. Gaining some practical tools such as navigating the hospital system, birth preferences, breast or bottle feeding.

• Gentle birth tools, the role of the partner, discussion on parenting, and infant care. 

• Fun, interaction for your team or employees. Evidence-Based care, giving you all the right information to make informed decisions for your pregnancy and birth.
