• Breastfeeding support and dad’s role, breast and paced bottle feeding

• Writing birth preferences free resources, creating a positive birth environment for your partner whether at home or in the hospital.

• Postnatal support, self-care as a new parent.

• 60-minute group or individual workshop on ways to help you to be a more confident partner, how to use the Gentlebirth App, comfort measures for birth, how to plan the big day, packing the hospital bag, birth preferences, informed decision making and supporting your partner.

• We also discuss parenting and the transition into parenthood.
